Lunar 7th Month Prayer Ceremony
The 7th lunar month is a period where the gates of the Netherworlds are opened, allowing wandering souls to come to the human realm to have their “holiday”. This year, it falls between 4 August to 2 September 2024.
During this period, people pay respects to their ancestors as a form of gratitude and remembrance. Certain practices are also followed to prevent oneself from being disrupted by random wandering souls during this period.

– Offerings will be prepared by Lu Xia Healing Sanctuary, but we welcome up to 10 sponsors who are willing to sponsor the offerings
– We will gather at the main door area where there’s the big tentage by 4pm sharp
– Do dress in the appropriate attire
– Do arrange your own transportation
